I would not recommend this product. The quality is poor. I have only used this item a few times and have owned it for one week and the Teflon coating is flaking off. I have used the spray oil as instructed along with the spatula that came with the product. With each use more and more Teflon flakes off. In addition, my unit has cracked in several places on the top and the red paint has bubble up. It seems it can not withstand the heat it produces. The food cooks okay but meat and cheese do not brown. I am very disappointed because in theory it would be a great item.

This product worked as expected but the non-stick coating is coming off after just about 6 uses. I am disappointed in this problem.

Infomercial seemed so believable but Cathy Mitchell is a liar. Product does not come close to doing anything advertised. I got hustled by telephone operator and somehow got stuck with a membership for a stupid recipe club. Nothing that was on the infomercial will happen in reality. This is a great idea gone bad..... it simply does not do what they say it will do. Telephone support and helpful operators do not exist. This entire deal is a scam. Thanks Amazon.com for the TRUTH forum. Warn your friends and neighbors. The paint began to peel off. The unit does not even cook the simplest of foods in the time That Cathy lied about. Try to brown any kind of meat. Ain't happening. The non stick coating is a joke because most of it stuck to my food. YUK! The FCC and FTC should ban this cheaply made product and place Cathy and friends in jail for fraud.

I bougth the product and 3 days later, the timer broke and does not work anymore and the food paste on the plate, in short, I do not recommend this product.

Do not buy this unless you like you food laced with the non-stick lining of the Xpress Redi Set Go Cooker. I received this as a gift and it was used once, wasted what I was cooking and was dumped into the rubbish can as soon as it cooled. Frankly, I'd call it dangerous.
