I was skeptical at first, wanted to order more than one unit, but couldn't afford to make a mistake with it, so I just decided to check out one first. I must say I'm pretty much surprised and thrilled: this small unit does what has been said it would and, for now, I am really satisfied with it. After two weeks of use I can't say it has already reshaped my body but I honestly can say I see some improvements. I do my "exercises" while working on computer (a lot of such work), so I combine useful and practical assignments. Replacement pads also last longer than I expected (still have the first set, after two weeks and more than 80 hours of work out).
I would recommend it to all, especially to busy women which have no spare time for themselves. You can wear the pads under your cloths and work out while working; only when the program stops, your surrounding will hear some beeps and wonder where they come from.
I'm looking forward for few more weeks to see real improvements. I'll try to update my review then.

This dual pad is a little difficult to manage, especially when trying to place on your own back. With someone helping it is no problem. Results are terrific. They seem to last for a long time. I do recommend.

The slender tone works good. I would recomend this to everyone. The pads are a good size. The battery last long it basically does what they say it does.

I must say I bought this to help with the recovery of a pulled hamstring but it does so much I have used it everyday on my back legs and abs it is a marvelous product. If you work out you need one of these!
