A product that lives up to the promise! Jun 14, 2010
Having used the Slendertone Abs belt with success, I figured I could expect the same from the Flex Pro Arms. I am not kidding when I tell you I am floored by the results I've experienced using this piece of equipment. My arms have toned, and even more, have grown more than 1/2 in size. I love that my t-shirt sleeves are now snug around my arms! People are constantly making comments about my "guns." This is a terrific product - 100%.

I'm 24 and was a gym rat for a while and was training to be a physical trainer until I messed up my shoulders and haven't lifted weights for almost 2 years. I went from 220 to 180lbs and was pretty depressed about not being able to lift. I always laughed at these types of things, but I figured I had no other choice now. I just got mine less than a week ago and have used them about 3 or 4 times now and they are incredible. I'm gaining back the muscle I lost from not working out. I am so impressed with these things. I'm not sure if they will build muscle if that's what you are looking for, but they are recovering the muscle I once had. They DEFINITELY tone your arms if that's what you are looking for. This is perfect for a woman trying to just tone their arms or for a person like me who can't lift anymore or a guy trying to maintain without going to the gym. Can't say enough good things about this product. I also have the ab belt, which is a great product as well (just make sure you eat right) A+

If used daily, this product is amazing! I have had great results using this product. It has been years since I have worked out and the Slendertone Arm system has brought back the definition in my arms and it only took 3 weeks!

Good supplement to working out Mar 08, 2010
This product really works my arm muscles to fatigue and is a good compliment to lifting weights and working out to get faster results. It is not a miracle product however, and working out is needed to shape and tone the arms. One gripe is that I am female and have a small circumference around my arms. I had to use extra ties to make the arms fit snug on me.
