I'm a massage therapist, so self care is essential. This is somewhat effective for that purpose; however, I would not recommend this to anyone who does not know the potential risks involved. If not careful with arm placement, the median nerve can be compressed and irritated during use. With carpal tunnel syndrome being such a common issue, I would not recommend it's use to an individual not schooled in anatomy.

I bought this for me and my wife as she has carpal tunnel or RSI, and I'm starting to feel a little bit of Carpal Tunnel. The pressure on this is much stronger than anticipated in a great way. The pressure is adjustable and the construction of the device is very solid. Using it makes my wrist feel relaxed. It really massages both the top and bottom of my forearm and wrist. I would recommend this to any person who feels a little soreness in the wrist from extensive computer use. It's great to use it daily to keep your wrists healthy!

My wife complains of pain in her wrist all the time, I too spend a ton of time typing on the keyboard. This product really works, it provides a really good massage of your forearm and wrist area. If you spend a ton of time typing at the keyboard you should try this massager. Great product.
Nothing works better than rest but Mar 15, 2012

I have over use syndrome from doing medical ultrasounds for over 15 years.
Sure wish I had found this sooner. Rest in between and during exams is best but,
Roleo adjustable tension and ability to go all the way to elbow really help knock
the edge off the muscle tightness. I have to turn the Roleo on its side to allow me
to keep my forearm in a more neutral position.
I would suggest this to used in the work place and home setting.

Glad i ordered this product. My husband uses it frequently to relieve the pain associated with CTS. It has adjustable pressure and is just what the doctor should be ordering to relieve the pain. Thanks Roleo!
