I had one of the old kind that just had the prongs. This new one that adds the vibration is much better. It feels great, but if you are doing it to your own head, you will tire out pretty quickly. Much better to have someone else who can do it to your head. I think it will get a lot of use. The vibration is strong enough to actually help when your head hurts.

This is a terribly uncomfortable product. We had a cheap head massager that was soft and tickled your head. It would conform to the shape of your head with some pressure, but not too much. We liked it, so we figured we'd get a more expensive one. Bad idea... This thing has no give or conformity. Find something else. I immediately returned it. Bye Bye Ting Ting.

This product looks like a spider. The photo is not a bad photo - that is actually what it looks like. And upon viewing, few friends wanted it on their heads. However, it only takes a few seconds of trying it out for them to come around.
Feels fantastic with or without the vibrations. Tines swivel for flatter storage. I don't remember to use it often, but it is always pleasant when I do.

I ordered one of these and it stopped working right after I got it and they sent me another one with no problems. Good company to shop with.
