I purchased 2 of these wrist support bands in the hope that it would help ease the pain from carpel tunnel. While the band can be adjusted for tightness and support, the gel pads can't be moved into a comfortable position to position either the hot or cold where you need it.

Bottom line, don't waste your money.

Bought it because it looked like a great idea and really cheap--well it is not even worth the few dollars I paid--just a cheap flimsey imitation of something that should be a good product--threw it out--not worth the return postage for anyone to pay!! Now they are listing it as a toy but at the time I ordered it there was no indication that it was to be played with--what a rip-off.
