Bought similar item in Target for 9$ and one of this rope to compare. Target's was no so bright, greenish color. I'm returning it to buy second one from amazon.
This is bright blue beautiful rope, worth every penny.

My sons share a room, and one wanted a night light but the other didn't. We compromised with getting these, and it works fantastically well.
The blue color is dark enough to not bother a sleeper, but the light is bright enough to be able to see well enough to get across the room without stepping on anything.

We purchased these rope lights to go on top of our entertainment center to give the room a theater look.
Worked great! They light up the room enough to walk around without adding any glare to the TV. Perfect!
They are good quality and bright. I highly reccommend them. I think I will buy some for Christmas as well.

I'm very impressed with these LED lights. They only consume 9 watts, and you can add up to another 19 or 20 sets and the brightness is superb! I'm using them to outline the back of my computer desk and file cabinets and it adds a really cool blue background glow. I've had several friends say how cool it looks and asks where I've bought them and I told them Amazon. I will buy another set after the holidays because right now when I checked, they were out of stock.

no complaints they have worked fine for 5 months with no issues and there the same color as the ones I bought from walmart. these were half the price.
