Rated for wet? Jun 22, 2011

I purchased two of these LED bulbs from Amazon, for an outside light fixture. They did not work properly with the motion detector, probably because they are not rated for dimmable applications, which is okay. However, when I replaced them with dimmable LED bulbs, I did note that both of the bulbs had accumulated moisture inside the "sealed" bulb. LED's still work fine, but I am skeptical about rating these bulbs for outside installations.
