I bought these silly bandz for my sons, at a huge mark up price of $15 a pack. Upon receiving them we opened up the packs to find 2 already broken bandz. Because the pack came with 20 bandz 4 of each shape it wasn't that big of a deal. After wearing them for a day, 4 more broke. So out of a pack of 20 bandz 6 broken bandz in a 24 hour period. I have bought many other brands of silly bandz different shapes and sizes with only a very few breaking out of hundreds. Also for this company to over charge for such a poorly made product is crazy. I recently found these same bandz in Toy R Us for $5.99 a pack. I would say save your money and spare your childs disappointment.

The bandz came very quickly, but there was one missing from the package, and three of them were kind of melted to the packaging. Packagaing for the bandz was also crumpled, but could have been from mail service, as it was very hot out. I only hold the seller responsible for the missing Statue of Liberty band, but it wasn't a tragedy. I do however feel that for over 13 bucks, with shipping, it should have been checked before it was mailed out.

As noted in another review--what was sent was not what was in the picture. My son is unaware of this as it was a gift...his package had the NY logo, the ballplayer hitting full sized and the top half, a baseball and the ?stadium piece. He is happy with them, but if he'd been doing the ordering, then he would have been disappointed I think. The colors were different too, no pink, which is actually a plus in this case.
Also noted by others, there were some defective pieces. Apparently the were not 'forming up', but did look better after a bit. One or two seem to be not working out though.
Overall, he is happy with them however and for a stocking stuffer/small present/party favor this is a reasonable item.
