1Really quite useless  Aug 05, 2011 By Justin Walker
This seems to work based on pressure from the carbonation, so when the bottle is fresh and there is not much airspace for CO2, there's no pressure and barely anything comes out the spout - you basically have to squeeze the bottle if you want anything to come out. Then it takes quite a while for the bottle to re-inflate and pressurize. After that the drink jets out with crazy pressure, basically pure foam comes out it's so pressurized. And because it's so foamy, all the carbonation escapes and you get a flat drink. Plus the gasket seems to leak, so once the pressure builds up fully it will continuously dribble.

So if you like flat soft drinks and a big mess, this product is for you. Otherwise, give it a pass.

1HORRIBLE!!!!  Mar 22, 2011 By summer
Do not buy this. It is so cheap. Doesn't even work. Took it out of the box and set it up. The soda dribbles out and then stops. It would take hours to fill a glass! These tv items are a joke!

1Not very good!  Aug 06, 2011 By Glang
I have to agree with the other 1 star reviewers. And, the only reason I gave it a 1, is because I didn't have a lower number to choose. I won't lie, I was excited to use this product. Great idea, cause I hate flat soda.(I always squeeze the excess air out of the bottle) I set it up with a fresh, cold bottle of soda, flipped it over & NOTHIN'. Had to squeeze the bottle for any action. Fortunately I bought it at a "brick & mortar", so I'll be returning it!

4Works great ! Last cup as good as the first.  Jun 21, 2011 By GMann "GManning"
This little product works perfectly for us, no drips either. The trick with any of these fizz savers (like Jokari), is to only use it with a new bottle. Using it on a half empty one doesn't do much good.

Ginger ales have the most fizz so it'll squirt out fast (use a larger mug). Fruit sodas like orange and grape have less fizz, and after a cup is dispensed you may have to squeeze the bottle a little to immediately get another cup out.

It's fun to use. You can place the lever in the up position and pull back on it to dispense the drink, like you see at a bar. Or you can place the lever in the down position and push on it like at a fast food restaurant. I prefer the down position, so I can push my mug against it, and use my other hand to squeeze the bottle if necessary (since we like sodas with alot of fizz, ginger ales, mtn dews, sun drops, etc we only have to give the bottle a little squeeze when it gets near empty).

The way sodas get flat is the continual opening of the bottle and letting the carbonation escape. This solves that problem. We were tired of wasting money on liter bottles, they'd go flat when half empty. This is the first time we've been able to drink the whole bottle and enjoy the last drink.

1Total obliterive rubbish.  Mar 10, 2012 By DON THE ONE
I love diet ginger with a splash of brandy but the soda must be fizzy. I thought what a good idea to have the gas sealed in and always to be there, not a good idea at all with this contraption. When I am pouring I pour carefully down the side of the glass without splashing to retain as much gas as possible. This darned thing comes out with so much pressure from a spout that is far from being smooth. The glass foams up so much it immediately has got rid of the gas. Into the trash bin right away with this thing, wasted money.
