EXCELLENT FOR COOKING EGGS PERFECTLY EVERY TIME. GREAT TO USE. TURN IT ON AND LET IT DO THE REST!!! A GREAT GIFT FOR ANY HOUSEHOLD. VERY EFFICIENT. WHY GO THROUGH THE BOTHER OF BOILING WATER??? THOSE DAYS ARE OVER. LET THE EGG COOKER DO THE JOB FOR YOU...

Convenient, easy to use, and the other trays for things like steaming foods are great, too. I used it to steam frozen Chinese dumplings and though I had to fill the water tray twice to cook them from frozen, they came out perfectly.
Solved A Problem For Me Jul 05, 2010
I am partialy handicapped (one usable hand) and pans of boiling water were becoming a hazard to me. This helpful gadget solved the problem. I love poached eggs also
and I can have soft boiled eggs instead, plus hard-boiled eggs, too. They are a dream to peel. Not steaming up the kitchen is a great plus also!

This is one of the few "as seen on TV" products that actually delivers what it promises. We have had ours for a few weeks now and is used regularly for hard boiled eggs. Haven't tried soft/medium or poached eggs yet. Hard boiled eggs always come out perfect. The build quality is also quite good (like any regular appliances sold in stores and unlike the stuff usually sold on TV).
Docked 1 start because it leaves brown marks on the bottom plate (even when using distilled water) though they wipe off easily. Also a few times, some egg white comes out of the hole you have to pierce on top of the eggs.
I can wholly recommend it for preparing hard boiled eggs. It is just so much more convenient than the traditional way.

Wow, I love it. It's so fast that I do not have to wait until the eggs are ready to prepare any food. They do not break like they usually do in a regular pan. I recommend this product.
