 Really good one to add to a workout collection Dec 01, 2009
I am not a newbie to taebo and love Billy Blank and the Taebo team. This one is a good one even for beginners. I love the workout schedule that came with it. The short teaching that Billy does helps to direct form and encourage beginners to ease into the workout. I had a double knee replacement and was able to easily adjust the workout so that I could do all the moves. I like the weighted bands better than the old bands. It helps get the heart rate up faster without jumping around.

First, I am a HUGE Billy Blanks/Tae Bo fan. I lost 30lbs. with Tae Bo and after my 4th baby I used Post natal Tae Bo with Billy Blanks' stepdaughter, Shelley and it helped me get back into working out.
I would not recommend Bootcamp Elite to someone who is already fit. It was way too easy for me. I thought it might be a low impact, high intensity workout, but I was really disappointed that it was neither. If you have just started exercising, this would be perfect for you. Prior to this workout program, I had already been doing strength training, yoga, running, etc. and needed something else that was just as or more intense but this was not it.
This is the first time I was ever disappointed with a Billy Blanks video. I haven't returned it because I think I will use it once I get to the maintenance phase of my weight loss.
Boot Camp Tae Bo will kick your butt Jun 15, 2009
This Boot Camp package with DVD and resitance bands is a great work out. There are 3 levels - I haven't made it past the 1st but working on it. Seems like this is the same as what you get on the Billy Blanks site but without the dog tags.

this item is misrepresented,,,on purpose. i looked back at other reviews and others have ordered this item thinking it has the billy bands with it, because it says it does. wrong! this item is the dvd only.
Transform your life Apr 10, 2009
I bought this program earlier this month, I was over 200 pounds and my ideal weight is 130, I already lost 15 pounds, I feel stronger, more energy, this is a fantasic program, I love the bands. They are great. I love Billy he keeps you moviated. Get this and transform your life and have a longer healthy life.
