Read more carefully than I did Dec 16, 2010
By AET I thought I was ordering a SET of therabands, based on the picture and title (Loops is plural). I must have missed the color selection part since there was only one color option which pretty much self-selected. I will be returning the theraband because for the same $10 I can get three bands at Target.

Great exercise band for the legs May 05, 2011
By Hope Powers As a personal trainer, I have looked long and hard for challenging exercise bands that do not injure the legs. The blue band is quite challenging, gives a good workout for my clients and does not pinch or irritate the delicate skin of the leg.

By howard shipping and everything was great and i really liked it until it snapped...really good for light leg stretching and knee strengthening after a workout...
