Mine came yesterday. I paid extra for plug in power adapter and heat. Still the vibration is very weak. I find the item totally useless!
I'll box it up and send it back but I'll be out the $19.97 shipping (for two -buy one get one offer). Dont let the name fool you.
It's NOT Japanese. Its cheap Chinese junk. Would not even be worth it in a dollar store.

This pillow is cheap and worthless. DO NOT waste your money! It does not provide a "shiatsu" massage--it simply vibrates weakly.

I got this because of some nerve damage near my spine that acts up on occasion and thought it might help the pain. Man, was I right! At first I was a little frustrated because it seemed so weak, but then I put in newer batteries than the ones I was originally using. The vibration is so nice, and noticeable. Definitely relaxing my spine. I'm glad that I finally picked this item up.
Only thing I have to say, is make sure you use fresh batteries for maximum benefits.

This is a total waste of money. It really does not do much for a sore back or neck. Sorry, wish I could give a better review. I was looking forward to some relief, but got none.
