This pillow definitely helped me sleep better. Since it supports my head/neck/shoulders so well, i could feel my breathing improve the very first night I used it. I had a feeling i wasn't getting proper sleep (possibly due to sleep apnea) and after using this pillow the first night i realized that my sleeping position was impacting my airway and i could feel how much easier it was to breath. Also I've been using it for about two weeks and the quality of my sleep has improved greatly. I woke up the first morning and each day after realizing what it felt like to get a good nights rest after a long time of being exhausted in the AM. It's not as soft and cuddly like my down pillows, but i'm able to sleep on it fine. Thanks!

I have to agree that the price on Amazon is outrageous. You can go to the Sobakawa web site and get it for three times less. That said, the pillow IS more comfortable than a regular poly fill pillow. As for keeping your head cool, I give it a thumbs down. My head gets just as hot as it does with every other pillow. It's great for side sleepers as it conforms to your head and shoulders. I'm glad I bought one (from the Sobakawa site).

I don't know why this is so much here when it is less that 25 bucks other places, but anyway...this pillow is pretty good. It supports my neck and does not shift around. I had some down alternative pillows that were fantastic for the first few weeks, but now are pretty useless. I had a memory foam pillow that is OK for naps but all night it ends up doing more damage than just a regular pillow. This pillow is very comfy all night. It stays cool and, where it is slightly smaller than a normal pillow, works wonderfully. I would recommend this pillow (but not for an 80 dollar price tag!).

This pillow is great to support the neck, whether you sleep on your back or sideways. But sadly the mircobeads used in the pillow have a strong smell, which bothers me. What a disappointment. If that doesn't bother you, I'd say give it a try. The best pillows for my neck are the regular foam contour pillows, which use to be sold most places. Now most places only sell contour pillows made out of memory foam.

This pillow is only $14.95 in the ABC Distribution catalog. So I ordered it. It's smaller than it looks on TV, but it is VERY comfortable!! The first night I had it, I havent slept so soundly and comfortable in months. It is the best pillow Ive ever slept on, and I am so glad I purchased it!
