GREAT SUPPORT FOR FITNESS CAMPAIGN Jun 26, 2011

I bought this as part of my "get fit and get in shape" mission for 2011. I have been steadily losing weight and getting fitter between trips to the gym and using my wii fitness balance board but was having issues (as most women do) with getting a flatter stomach!! I decided i needed something to shock it into action so have been using this (not as often as i should have) regularly. Its easy to use light and comfy (and i discovered by moisturizing my waist before i put it on, it extends the life of the pads you need for it - dont buy cheap pads they barely last 2/3 sessions but you can make the really good slendertone ones work longer by using moisturizer before you put the belt on! It wont shed all the weight off your stomach/sides but it will help you tone up and strengthen the muscles which in turn helps you in the gym/doing exercises. It is intense when you work at 150/150 which is what i go to all the time - yes it is intense and almost takes your breath away but at least you feel its doing some good - if you dont challenge yourself as the upper levels its not going to be effective. I love it and wish it was wider to work the bigger surface but understand that it does internally!! its a great element to add to a fitness routine but dont expect miracles - its only as good as the other work you do to tone and shape up!! :)
