The straps easily attach to the pull up bar system allowing for easily switching between ab and arm/shoulder workouts. They are comfortable and continue to stand up with daily use over the past year. A good deal for the price

I have this product for a couple of months and still working fine. Everything came in the box with no problems. Its a great workout and you can really feel it working your abs. Only thing is it could be a little uncomfortable with your arms so what I do is have small towel for extra padding and your good to go.

I was surprised to find these straps at such a cheap price, normally they run anywhere from $20 to $30 at a Sports Authority. When I received them I expected them to be flimsy and cheap, but these are the real deal. At 200lbs, I felt completely supported, even after swinging on them for nearly five minutes. These straps really target your abdominals. Many advocates will state that these only work your lower abs, but I use these as my only core work and my stomach is solid. It does take a little time to learn how to stop swinging back and forth though but it is eons better than doing leg raises in that awkward, captains chair at the gym where your arms hurt before your abs. For the price, it's hard to pass such a good deal up.

At the beginning I was skeptical that this straps could support my weight, however, it did, and now I have included abs training in my inter-daily routine. I recommend it 100%.
