? scratch remover Sep 06, 2009 This product was suggested by a friend who had good luck with it in the past. After placing the order I waited in anticipation for it to arrive. I followed the directions and tried it in several places with minor scratches with some success. I then tried it on some more serious ones and it did next to nothing. These weren't severe at all yet this product did not even make a difference. To say the least, I was disapointed and won't be recommending this product.
Billy Mays was right Jul 14, 2009 GS27 US150208 Universal Scratch Remover
Billy Mays was right, bless his sole. I own a 2008 "Black" Chevy Pickup truck. It was keyed in a parking lot recently. I purchased a tube of GS27, applied it to the scratches, and with a little effort, the marks were gone. It also left a mirror shine. Great Product!!
Not bad, works for most scratches over the lifetime of your vehicle Jul 04, 2009 It goes without saying that you're going to experience damage to your vehicle, no matter how old or new it is. The good news is that there are a wealth of vehicle care products out there to help you extend the life of your vehicle and keep it looking as good as possible (assuming that you do the normal maintenance, such as waxing every 6 months and keeping the bird poop to a minimum). GS27 is one such product, and for minor to medium-depth scratches its not bad at all. When it comes to deep scratches (such as those that cut through the clearcoat, through the paint and all the way down to the primer or the bare metal) you may end up either bringing your vehicle to a professional (before water gets into the metal and causes rust), or using touch-up paint from your dealer, to cover the scratch (and then maybe using GS27 to polish/rub over the rough area to blend after its dried for some time). I would highly-recommend buying a tube of GS27 (maybe two) for anyone that cares about their vehicle's appearance and lifespan.
It's the best for paint and metals. Jun 18, 2009 The product has more strength than the other leading brands but the more gentleness better than rubbing compound. This product I know is far better with a longer shelf life.

10 years old and still works like new Nov 04, 2008 I have finally used up a tube of Gs27 that I bought at Target about 10 years ago. I've used it on dings, scuffs and scratches on my white Oldsmobile Alero and my gold Honda Accord. It never ceases to amaze me how well it works! Just last night I applied it to a parking lot ding on my driver's side door that had left a 5 inch smear of white paint and a divot (and left the other driver with some bad karma). Within 30 seconds my door looked perfect again with the exception of a nearly imperceptable dimple.
This stuff works like magic!
