gel pads Aug 10, 2009 it's good it suppose to be for flex bottom and thigh shorts but i am using it for my ab belt he side is a little smaller but good enought to use for ab belt.

slendertone Apr 23, 2009 i am not sure how well it works. they are so sticky and do stick to everything except the padded areas on the shorts. it is terribly awkward and i don't feel all 6 of the pads working at one time. i will usually feel only 4 of the 6 working. I am not seeing results yet.
