This was purchased as a camera case while boating. The camera is a Kodak EasyShare Z8612IS. A perfect fit, with a small amount of space left to make it easy to get in and out. There is light padding inside the container which gives it added protection. I listed the type camera to give you an idea of the fit and to know that you couldn't put a cell phone in with it.

This item does just what it says it does and much more. I could not sink it, it just floated and it kept everything dry, Great for boating, though I have not tried droping it in the lake. I tested it in a large pan of water. All there products are great

My husband uses this Otter box to tote his mini DVD tapes to shows and rehearsals he is recording. He teaches high schoolers and many of their shows are outside in football fields. The box had to be adolescent-proof and weather-proof, and it achieves both. Great product by a great company.

The Otter boxes have proven to be excellent products. We work in an outdoor environment in all types of weather conditions not to mention mud, dust, etc. The otter boxes work great to help protect our sensitive digital cameras, GPS units, etc.
