movers Jul 08, 2010 good price and service. This is the second set of movers I've purchased, you can vertually move almost anything with these, I can't tell you how many times I used them to move furniture that two or three people would have trouble moving all by myself. They are truly an awsome tool.

Good for moving things without hurting your body Jul 05, 2010 These are nifty little discs. I have hardwood floors and as others have suggested, you need to clean the floor before attempting to let these slide across your floor. Others have suggested adding a layer of felt. While this helps a little, the floor still needs to be clean for a good move.

The 7" are great! The small sliders are worthless. Jun 30, 2010 The 7" disks are the best furniture sliders available for two reasons; First, the larger the better. The more surface area you have, the easier it is to move the object. Second, the slick plastic. We were even able to move a heavy tv across the tile floor. They are definitely worth buying, just toss the small disks.

Marginally Functional Jun 30, 2010 I used similar products in the past so I went ahead and ordered thinking I was getting a good deal. But after getting them in my hands and realized that sometimes you do get what you pay for. The build quality is poor, the plastic bottoms are very thin and scratch very easily. Some reviews have stated that these are only to be used on carpeting. The included instructions do say that they work best on carpets, BUT they also claim that these products are usable on hard smooth surfaces like polished concrete. I can't see how these sliders would last very long on polished concrete no matter how smooth the floor may be. I've had more expensive sliders that used harder plastic and were more "slippery" and I never had any scratches with those. And while these sliders do work, I noticed that there was more resistance when pushing stuff around than I expected. The plastic on these sliders was just not very smooth. I would gladly return these to Amazon if the return costs didn't cost more than the product itself.

Good Investment Jun 24, 2010 Very handy for moving almost anything you can push across the floor. A little pricey but not unreasonable. Prompt service as well. Very satisfied with this choice.
